The 1MMOW Self-Sufficiency Network is a dynamic community of dedicated ROSS (Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency) and FSS (Family Self-Sufficiency) Coordinators committed to transforming the narrative of housing and economic independence. This network serves as a hub for effective professionals passionate about empowering residents, fostering sustainable self-sufficiency, and creating impactful change within their communities.
Network Goals
- 100 Coordinators representing 100 Housing Agencies
- Working to Connect 30 Families into the 1MMOW Framework / Strategy
- Creating 3,000 Measurable Outcomes by end of 2025
3 Months
By the end of three months, 100 agencies will be onboarded and fully equipped to start closing gaps in the six areas of change. Early engagement and data gathering from families will begin.
6 Months
By the end of six months, 50% of the target moms (1,500 participants) will be actively engaged in activities such as school, training, entrepreneurship, or home-buying readiness programs.
12 Months
By the end of twelve months, 3,000 moms will be in school, starting businesses, receiving training, or preparing for homeownership, showcasing the effectiveness of the 1MMOW Framework.
